Italia Jackson went to Bishopton showjumping with her pony Finn and came 1st out of a large class of 18, He was a very good boy considering it rained all day (pictured trying to keep dry, left!)

Ellie Secker (pictured top right) has been very busy! "Last weekend we went and competed for the first time since our win at Allen's Hill. This was a BRC dressage qualifier at Hartpury, for the Keysoe National Champs in April 2017. Although going beautifully in the warm up, the indoor school had very scary banners all around the arena which meant we were missing out a 1/4 of the arena (up by the judges as well Haha!) so the score was not our highlight of the season so to say, however considering how it went and the lack of attention I had from him looking back now it wasn't actually that awful!

So our second test (the one which counted toward team scores) was much better, still plenty to work on but both tests were at novice level which we are both still a little unsure of. However, we won our arena junior section! This meant that our junior riding club team also won the event so we will be going to the Keysoe championships next year! This is the 3rd nationals that Max and I have qualified for this year so I am very pleased!"

Jamie Lessels (pictured bottom right) went to Summerhouse Equestrian Centre for a schooling session on Monday and her horse jumped AMAZING clearing everything with only one pole down. Their first competition is on Sunday at Hartpury, doing the 60cm & 70cm to start them off. We wish them luck!

Good luck whatever you may be doing this weekend!
