This year has had its ups and downs but has helped me to compete at higher levels. From going to small shows to not jumping BSJA and having points.
Starting out this year I wanted to do everything which obviously can't happen, so I decided to take to hunter trials, as my dressage wasn't strong for eventing. At my first hunter trial I won, qualifying for the national finals, which was a complete surprise.
Next I decided maybe it would be a good idea to have a go at a one-day event and it surprisingly went well, although there was a 5:00am start. But I managed to get 4th.
As you can tell my riding life is still jam packed and never stops, next year I am hoping to show jump and get to jump around some bigger courses also I will hopefully re-enter the showing world with my little 11.3hh who loves to show in hand.
This year has flown by very fast but I wouldn't change it ever!
