ORDERS & DELIVERIES
Our orders are still same day dispatch Mon-Fri if placed before 12:00pm. Royal mail are advising that they are no longer asking for signatures at the point of delivery to reduce contact risk.
Delivery services are experiencing a large increase in demand. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERIES TO ARRIVE BEFORE CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT.

What if isolation comes into force? Rest assured the welfare of animals is classed as essential travel, which will still be allowed. Therefore you will still be allowed to visit and care for your horse. If you are placed under self-isolation or contract the virus, make sure you have arranged for an equestrian ICE buddy (in case of emergency) well in advance.
